Loft at 210 North 20th Street

This was an area above our office that has only been used for storage for more than 50 years.

Since we didn’t need that much storage space, we decided to convert it into a loft. Construction was a complete “Gut-and-start-over.” The living space is approximately 1600 square feet and most everything that was torn out (including two different previously installed floors) was reused in its construction. You can see glimpses of the project at different stages in the pictures below.
