The Vintage Building is a five story office building located across the street from the downtown YMCA. The area includes all of the amenities found in downtown Birmingham including banks, restaurants, shops, businesses, the post office, and access to all major highways.
We have for lease a 1,500 square foot office space on the forth floor. This space encompasses an entire floor of the building with the elevator opening directly into the reception area. This rentable area currently has 2 large offices, 2 small offices and another smaller room that could be an office or copy room/etc as well as two private restrooms. The space can be divided into as many as 6 separate rooms or designed for an open floor plan.
Since the building is situated on an alley corner, every office has windows. The security system includes a keypad to enter the building and an intercom system to buzz visitors into the elevator lobby. Our lease rate is $21 per square foot and tenant pays for janitorial and electricity.
