This space will bring a laboratory and organic juice bar to downtown Birmingham’s historic theater district. The building is a two story 10,000 square foot gut and start from scratch project. In an effort to save the historic property the entire inside was removed and structural steel installed from floor to roof while the outside has been kept in the same shape it has been for nearly 100 years. Construction was started in August of 2017 and projected to be finished late in 2018.
